Non Intrusive Methods
We use non intrusive methods to locate your leak. Tracer gas our most efficient method, where an inert gas is pumped into a system and our detector can pick up molecules and where they are escaping from within your property.
Thermal imaging is another one of our methods, this helps us detect a change in temperature from the rest of the property often indicating a cold or warm water leak.
Repairs and Reports
Once we have found your leak you will be advised on what's next. We can repair your water leak there and then in most cases and if not or you choose to pause progress we will offer a quote to repair and a report should you require for your home insurance purposes.
